Wire erosion with the Mitsubishi MR2400R Connect and with the Mitsubishi erosion drill 43Ci
By means of our wire erosion machine, we are able to manufacture filigree contours, cuts, corners, and radii with the highest level of precision. We erode electrically conductive materials with the highest level of precision.
The Mitsubishi 43Ci erosion drill is the perfect complement to our Mitsubishi MV 2400R wire erosion machine. By means of the starter drill, very small and precise through holes, the so-called starter holes or blind holes can be produced. Depending on the material thickness, the said drill hole varies from 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm for very thin and very thick material.
The high-level of accuracy and precision results in a flexible working method achieving high-quality results. Thanks to the automatic wire threading, the machine can work in a productive manner around the clock. Maximum workpiece size: 1050 x 820 x 255 mm
